HPU president, Dr. Imad Haddad and vice president  Dr. Majid Khalil Husain of The Free University  in the Netherlands have signed an educational contract agreement with the aim of to maintaining the educational and cultural relationships, and promoting the academic and cultural cooperation between both universities

This contract facilitates the following

The exchange of scientific visits/trips and experiences between both universities

Encouraging the participation at conferences,  workshops, and seminars

The exchange of students through certain training programs

And the exchange of printed materials and books

An educational contract was signed between HPU and the University of Lahai in the Netherlands with the aim of reciprocal exchange of academic and cultural experiences and in order to reinforce the advancement of higher education
